The
new product: Concentrated Know-How
The project "NEW LANTERN” has fallen on fruitful ground
with SIStech.
Only the know-how and competence in the field of power storage (rechargeable
batteries), charging systems, opto luminescence (LED & optics)
as well as Solar (Triple Cell SolarCards) had to be sorted out and
combined in the right way… and the new Multi Function Lantern
was already born.

The
new light: LED
The new lantern from SIStech
utilizes
the light of the future: LED (Light Emitting Diodes).
Instead of a sooting and smelling oil flame it gives an absolute
clean light at lowest power consumption. LEDs consume compared to
light bulbs for equal light intensity only a fraction of power.
The burning life amounts to at least 50.000 hours. And furthermore:
The LEDs used are free of ultra violet and ultra red radiation and
therefore do not attract insects.

Light
is there where you need it
Differently from a flashlight you don’t want a light bundle at
one single point, but an evenly distributed room light. A concave
mirror reflector protected by an impact-proof clear plastic cover
takes care of that. You can choose from two light intensity levels
(High or Low Power).

The new LED Lantern takes the necessary power from the integrated
rechargeable batteries. These can be recharged by:

Dynamo
- Crank – Power Generator (included)
Even in the worst case you won’t sit in the dark. The integrated
Dynamo Power Generator takes care of that.
Just fold out the cranking handle and produce power.
Herewith either the integrated batteries are recharged (1 minute
generator = 10 minutes light) or alternatively a mobile telephone
can be connected and charged (3 minutes generator = 2 - 8 minutes
talk-time).

Listen
to the radio – not only in case of emergency
With the new Multi Function LED Lantern you can also listen to the
radio. Either for pleasure or also in case of emergency. In case
of a natural disaster or environment catastrophe (which we hope
will never occur) you should listen to the radio to receive
information and instructions as is well-known. But how can you do
that when there is also a power breakdown?
The
built-in radio has an FM receiver with auto-scan, speaker and
earphone connection.
