The Home System "Easy" from SWISSSOLAR / SIStech is not merely a product, but a carefully adjusted complete system. It has been made possible by the close  co-operation of the following competence centers inside SIStech Inc.:

Power and Efficiency
The objective of the “Easy” Solar Home System is to obtain an optimal efficiency – that means nothing else than to produce as much light as necessary from as little solar power as possible.

Price/performance
The complete Solar /Light system with all electronics, lights, solar panel, battery and installation material is costing less than all solar systems offered today and that with a guaranteed lifetime of twenty years (excl. rechargeable battery). To create this a solution is needed that has never been there so far.

The Solar Module
The solar panel SWISSSOLAR 30W is designed for worldwide use under toughest environmental conditions. The Swiss-made High Power Solar Cells made from mono crystalline silicon are sealed under a tempered (hardened) special glass. Moreover, the glass is non-reflecting, self-cleaning and break-proof (hail stroke resistance IEC 61215). The whole module consists of 39 solar cells with a nominal power of 30 Watts (peak). Normal solar modules only have 36 solar cells. The 3 additional cells are compensating the voltage drop with corresponding output power loss in case of high temperatures, respectively more diagonal light incidence in Western Europe.

The Solar Charging Controller
The Solar Charging Controller SWISSCHARGER PWM has very little in common with previous charging controllers. SWISSCHARGER PWM is a microprocessor controlled Charging, supervising and controlling device. Pre-programmed Software Programs can be retrieved via the LED Display. The selected configurations are stored in a flash memory (retrievable also after power interruption).  State-of-the-art electronic components provide the currently highest possible efficiency of the connected solar panel and rechargeable battery (accumulator). All functions are running independently and fully automatically – no supervising needed.

Charging control: Latest PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) with overcharge protection.  Automatic temperature compensation. Automatic voltage adaptation 12/24V (input and output).

Operation control: The SWISSCHARGER PWM has a Timer with two possible time zones per sequence / night. This control includes the solar panel, for example ON if dark or OFF if bright, etc.

Display: All states like charging, battery level, error, selected switching program, etc. are shown on the LED display.
Dimensions: 140 x 90 x 30mm.

Module / Load Current: 10A

The Solar Light: Even though it is “self-made”, solar energy is and stays expensive. Therefore it is out of the question that this valuable energy is burned with normal light bulbs. Existing power saving lamps are already better, but sill not fulfilling our requirements for efficiency, brightness, robustness and lifetime. For this a new product series has been created: SWISSLEDLIGHTS LEDge.

The new glittering bright high performance LED’s are combined into bars and built into robust and stainless aluminum profiles.

Depending on the desired light intensity the length is 0.25m (100 Lumen), 0.50m (200 Lumen) or even 1.0m (400 Lumen).
Light Emitting Diodes of the type "Xenon" (White) und "Candle" (Warm white) are available.

SWISSLEDLIGHTS LEDge is impact-proof. The technical and lighting operation time amounts up to 100.000 hours (more than 20 years if used 12 hours/day!).

The white LED light is free of infrared and ultraviolet: accordingly this special light does not attract flying insects!

220 Volt from solar power
If you wish to operate normal 220V appliances, this is also feasible thanks to a power inverter.

Power inverter 12V to 220V
Practical can shaped power inverter with built-in soft start, ideal for putting into a cup holder, generates from 12V DC power 220V / 50Hz AC. AC power as from the wall socket at home and therefore enables the use of devices with 220V power supply such as TV’s, Video, Audio, Computer, Home Appliance or electric tools anywhere, for example in Cars, Boats and Campers.

Power storage / Accumulator (rechargeable Battery)
With this solar system it is not necessary to use special rechargeable batteries. A normal 12V car lead acid with a capacity of 40-60 Ah is sufficient. For mobile / movable applications we recommend to use lead-gel batteries (these are leak proof). Please consider the respective maintenance instructions, if necessary.

Installation
For the installation of this Solar System you do not need to be a technical engineer. If you are able to mount and connect a lamp you will manage the Solar Home System, too.

Leading in Price & Quality
The news has spread largely already: so much solar has never been available for this amount of money.
